Los Angeles Homeless Court

Ever since Steve Lopez wrote The Soloist, the homeless mentally ill of Los Angeles have been receiving attention and no helps more than Judge Michael Tynan, he holds a special court for people accused of nonviolent offenses who have both a mental illness and an addiction.
